Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient therapy provides the child with graduated and individualized rehabilitation services of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology ranging from assessment up to three hours per day. Your Plan of Care
We work with you, as a team, to develop a plan that will help your child reach his or her highest potential. A Nurse Case Manager coordinates the care of each child. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the care plans are followed and updated. The progress of each child is carefully monitored and is reviewed at regular care plan meetings. Parents are encouraged to attend these meetings and to take an active part in determining the course of care for their child.
