Our Leadership Team is comprised of highly qualified and skilled individuals:
Samantha oversees day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Brittany is directly responsible for nursing operations, including implementing nursing interventions and evaluating results.
Andrew is directly responsible for respiratory services, including implementing respiratory interventions and evaluating results.
Kristina provides ongoing management in the delivery of therapy services, including developing initial and ongoing physical treatment plans.
Ana provides and plans a schedule of recreational, social and therapeutic activities based on each resident's needs.
The Director of Facility Maintenance provides ongoing management of all physical plant operations, laundry and housekeeping duties.
Karla maximizes the productivity of the organization by optimizing the effectiveness of our employees through staffing, employee compensation and benefits, and defining/designing work.
